Surrounded by the charming alleys and historic streets full of art, you will find yourself immersed in the in the life of Palermo with its restaurants, cafés, gelaterie, stores, boutiques, and more. Its strategic position allows to easily explore the rest of the territory thanks to the buses that pass through via Roma. VIA ROMA 315 is also very close to the train station Stazione Centrale (1.2 km), the airport Falcone Borsellino (32 km) and the port (3.3 km). A pleasant walk will give you the chance to visit Palazzo Sant' Elia, Palazzo Riso and the Modern Art Gallery. A few meters from our B&B, you will find the church of San Domenico overlooking the homonymous square, the archaeological museum Antonio Salinas with its rich collections of Italian, Punic, and Greek art. In the northern area you will admire the splendid Spasimo (a medieval church, today a venue for concerts, and theatrical performances), the botanical garden, and the Palazzo Abatellis. To the south of via Roma you will be able to walk to the pedestrian area of via Maqueda, the Cathedral of Palermo, the Quattro Canti, the church of Martorana, and San Cataldo, till the prestigious Teatro Massimo, and the close street market “il Capo”.

VIA ROMA 315 is a Bed and Breakfast located in via Roma 315, in a Liberty style building in the heart of the historic center of Palermo.
Bed & Breakfast RULES
Everyone is Welcome. Check-in/out Check in time is between 2:00 pm 20:00 Check out time is 10:00 am. If you are still exploring Palermo after the check out, you can store your luggage in the B&B for your convenience. At your arrival, you will receive three keys (for the main entrance, the B&B front door, your room). We will charge you 25 Euros per key in case you lose any of them (we hope you won’t!). Breakfast available from 8:00 am to 9:30 am. Do’s and Don’ts There are so many things you can do in our B&B (relaxing, sleeping, reading, chatting, dancing– you name it), but there are just a few things that you cannot do. Throwing parties, smoking, candle burning, being way too loud, activities deemed illegal in Italy – all those are on the cannot do list. Guests & Visitors Guests of all ages are welcome. Children age 4 and under stay free, parents stay happy. Guests age 18 and under are welcome only if accompanied by an adult. Every guest needs a valid ID (Identification Document) to be admitted. Payment and Cancellations We accept PayPal, wire transfers, and Euro (cash, who doesn’t like it?!). For single night bookings we ask the full payment when you book the room, we hope that’s ok with you. For all the other reservations we ask the 30% payment when you book the room, and the rest at your arrival. There is no charge for cancellations more than 7 days in advance.
